Returns Policy

We hope you love your Eadach piece, but if for any reason it isn’t right, we offer refunds or exchanges on most items within 14 days of delivery or purchase. 

 

Returns

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition

• Returned with tags attached and in original packaging

• Posted back within the 14-day returns window

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving your return. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Items returned in a non-sellable condition (e.g. worn, damaged, or without tags) will not be accepted and will be returned to you. If returning part of a set, the full set must be included.

 

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns on:

• Made-to-order or bespoke pieces

• Sale or promotional items
